calgary heritage roasting company is a great local coffee company that serves up a up a splendid cup of coffee or if you’re brewing at home, a nice bag. they required a nice seating area, as well as wiring for their coffee roaster, espresso machine, hot water boiler as well as some fire alarm relocation. the 100 amp panel that is now in the basement was originally upstairs and was relocated into the basement to provide a nice seating area upstairs. the building is a heritage building called snowdon block and i believe it is one of calgarys oldest buildings and was used as an oil building when it was first built. we tried to keep the integrity of the old building as much as we could while doing this renovation.

lukes drug mart has two locations, one in killarney and the other in bridgeland. the killarney renovation required a new fire alarm system, as well as some intricate lighting design which included the random positioning of the milk glass lighting as well as the unique chevron patteren 1 x 4 led strip fixtures which were all dimmable. the chevron lighting was hard piped in half inch emt for a clean and sharp look, as well as we had some fun piping the milk glass fixtures and installing them at different heights which created a pleasant space to enjoy coffee. we also installed the power for the coffee bar and espresso machine, as well as we did a 200 amp service upgrade with a new electrical meter, and re fed the existing 100 amp panel. we also provided led lighting retrofits to the bridgeland location, as well as wiring for the soft serve and espresso machines.

red bison brewery was a brewery located in meridian industrial park in northeast calgary alongside a few other notable breweries. the project required new led lighting installation, emergency exit lighting and dc heads, fire alarm system, kitchen and seating area, mill and auger as well as controls for the brewery equipment. i believe it was sold and has now become a kombucha manufacturing facility. we piped everything up high as there would be some moisture and spraying in the brewery area. for all the equipment drops that ran into the brewery area we made weatherproof and rain tight as to prevent corrosion and moisture damage.
